The Renaissance Charitable Foundation (RCF) promotes education, well being, and fitness through charitable means,

via an all volunteer program, ensuring that that 100% of all donations go to the recipient of each donor's choice.

A major source of funding for the RCF is the Charity 5K race, which has been held annually since 1985.

Money raised at this event, and donations from the RASAC membership, provide funds for the RASAC scholarship

and other charities.

The RCF maintains separate funds for the RASAC Scholarship, Youth Athletics, and other programs.

The RCF also supports other charitable organizations through contributions made by entrants to the Charity 5K.

Accordingly, the Charity 5K has raised funds for health, conservation, and animal welfare organizations.
